Do I have to become a member to order?
There is no membership fee or contract with AEWholesale.com. Simply register on our website free of charge and place your order at any time. You will be asked for your reseller's ID number, and if none is available, we require that you state you will be using the products for reselling or business purposes. (back to top)

Who is eligible to order with AEWholesale.com?
We do not sell directly to consumers. You will be asked for a reseller's ID number when you register on our website. If you do not have a reseller's ID number, you will need to state the purpose for which you will be using our products, such as fundraising, corporate events, marketing, etc. (back to top)

I don't have a reseller's ID number, can I still order at wholesale prices?
When you register on our website, you must state that you intend to resell our products or use them for other business purposes (such as fundraising, marketing, corporate events, etc.). If you do intend to re-sell our products, but you do not have a reseller's ID number for your state, you may be in violation of IRS regulations, please contact your state's Department of Revenue. What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with any item for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days of receipt and we will be happy to refund the cost of the item, less a 10% restocking fee. Ship to: Returns, AEWholesale.com, 9 Huegel Ct., Madison, WI 53719. Shipping fees are not refundable. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item(s) to us. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition. No credit will be given for items if they are not in their original box with original packaging, no exceptions.

In the case of a damaged item, please e-mail us at service@aewholesale.com with the item number and nature of the damage. We can usually simply issue a refund or replacement (no shipping charge), whichever you prefer. If our Quality Control Department wishes to see the damaged item or we require the item to receive compensation from the shipper, we may ask you to return it to us, and of course AEWholesale.com would pay for the return shipping in that case. Can I use the product images and descriptions from AEWholesale.com?
You are welcome to use the product images and descriptions from our website for the purpose of selling the products. You can copy them directly off the site, or if you plan to use many of our products, we have a CD of all the images and descriptions available for $20.00. You can find the CD in the Catalog/Supplies section, or search for item number AECD. If you only need the CD, and you do not order ANY other items, we will refund the $10 shipping charge for your order. If it is your first order from us, you will also receive a free catalog with your CD free of charge. (back to top)

How do I get a catalog?
There are two ways to receive a catalog from us. The first time you place an order online, you will automatically receive a free copy of our World of Products catalog. Or, if you prefer to have a catalog sent you to separately, you can purchase a catalog for $5, and you will receive a discount code via e-mail for $5 off your first order if you order within 30 days. If you choose to purchase a catalog, simply go to our online catalog order form and submit your information. You will receive our catalog within a week. Remember, you don't need a catalog to see all the products that are available. You can view them online -- you don't even have to register first. Plus, there are always more products on our website than pictured in our catalog. (back to top)

I have an older edition of your catalog, how do I get the newest version?
Our catalogs come out twice a year, in January and July. Once the new version comes out, you will automatically receive the updated version in your next order, free of charge. We do not send out updated catalogs separately. This keeps our costs (and yours!) as low as possible. You need to place an order to receive an updated catalog, or you can submit a catalog request. Remember that all the new products are available online for you to order at any time. The best way to keep up with new items is to sign up for our monthly e-mail newsletter, which includes links too any new items added in the previous month. (back to top)

The catalog shows retail prices, how do I know what my prices are?
Your prices are always shown on the website. If you prefer a paper price list, you can download a current price list on the Pricing page. This price list is updated automatically whenever changes are made on the website, or if new products are added, so the pricing information is up to the minute. This information can be copied and pasted into Excel, viewed on screen, saved to your computer or printed out. (back to top)

Do you offer volume discounts?
We have a unique system at AEWholesale.com. Our flat fee of just $20 maximum for ground shipping, for orders of unlimited size, is essentially a volume discount. If your orders are typically over $1,000, you are saving substantially on shipping. At the same time, our smaller retail customers enjoy the best possible pricing with no minimum order requirements. This system has proven to be beneficial to our customers of all sizes. If you will be ordering 500 or more of a single item, we do offer a 10% discount. Can I order any other way besides using the website?
You can order in whatever way is most convenient for you! Ordering on the website will offer you the fastest service and the most recent information as far as in-stock status of items, etc. However if you prefer, you may also fax us your order (fax number is 608-276-1923), or e-mail your order to orders@aewholesale.com. Be sure to include your complete shipping address, complete billing address, credit card number and expiration date, name on the credit card, and a phone number where you can be reached for questions. Remember, if you order via e-mail, do not include credit card information, as it is not secure. Include your phone number so we can call you for payment information. You may also phone in your order to 1-800-716-8801. Our phones are quite busy, but feel free to leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can. (back to top)

I don't have a credit card, what is the best way for me to order?
The fastest way for you to order is by mail using a money order and mailing your order to: 9 Huegel Court, Madison, WI 53719. Be sure to include your complete shipping address as well as a phone number where you can be reached in case we have any questions. We do accept checks, but keep in mind that we do wait for the payment to clear before processing your order, which can add two business days to your processing time. (back to top)

Does AEWholesale.com offer drop shipping?
We do ship to whatever address you specify, whether that be your own or someone else's. Keep in mind that the package's return label will have our name and address printed on it. The packing list slip will also list our name and address, but there will be no prices printed on it. Our flat shipping rate applies per order, so each time you ship to a new address, the shipping charge will apply. There is no other fees for drop shipping. (back to top)

How long does it take to receive my order?
Go to our handy shipping calculator, and when you enter your ZIP code you will given the estimated number of business days it will take to receive your order. This includes one business day to process, 1-2 business days for picking & packing, and of course time for UPS to deliver to you. The shipping estimate is just a guideline and is not guaranteed. In southern California, you will receive your order in 2-3 business days, while in New York it may take up to 10 business days to receive your order. How much is shipping?
Our flat shipping rates make it easy! Standard shipping to the 48 states is always $10 for orders up to $50, and $25 for orders of $50 or more. This flat fee applies to all orders, no matter how large. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands is 25% of your item total, with a $30 minimum shipping fee. Is RUSH shipping available?
RUSH shipping is available for 35% of your item total, with a $30 minimum shipping charge. We use UPS for our rush shipping service, and you will receive your order in 4 business days or less. Please note that if you are shipping to remote area, where UPS does not offer daily service, we are not able to guarantee the rush service. (back to top)

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories?
Yes, we do! Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands is 25% of your item total, with a $30 minimum shipping charge. (back to top)

Do you offer international shipping?
We do not ship internationally. We are happy to ship to agents who offer forwarding services to foreign countries, but these agreements must be made by the customer with the shipping agent. (back to top)
