We are running a consistent 2-day handling time, but we have had a few cases
where it stretches to 3 days if there is high volume (such as on Mondays).
We are striving for two days or less for all orders.
8/1/2020 UPDATE: We have recently been having issues with FedEx shipments being delayed and/or not showing scans. This is due to FedEx (as well as other carriers) dealing with short staffing and other challenges due to the pandemic. Tracking numbers without scans usually get resolved at the next transit point for the shipment, but do keep an eye on your deliveries and let us know of any you are concerned about. Thank you for your understanding.
SHIPPING TIMES may be longer
Due to lower volume and reduced staff, we expect orders to ship in approximately two business days until further notice.
ALSO we no longer ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or the U.S. Territories.
We will upload your tracking number(s) as soon as they are available.
Be aware that your tracking number may not actually be scanned by FedEx until the next day, but we want you to have that number as soon as it's generated.

We hope and expect to remain open from now on, but of course it is possible we will be required to close again. Be sure you are signed up for our New Arrivals emails, as that is the list we will use to send out time-sensitive alerts. If you received our email announcing our re-opening, you are on the correct list.

This map shows the estimated days until delivery, from the date you place your order to the date it's brought into your store. This includes handling time and shipping time, in business days. Remember to take holidays into account! You will receive a tracking number for all orders.
Most orders ship within one business day. Larger orders, orders with large items, or orders with a large number of multiple SKUs may take up to 2 business days to leave our warehouse.

Minimum Order Requirements
We do not have a minimum order requirement.
Returns, Damaged Items & Missing Items
Damaged or missing items must be reported within 10 days of receipt of your products.
To Report a Damaged or Missing Item: Email firstname.lastname@example.org, and include:
- A digital photo of the damage, if possible* (for damaged items)
- Order number
- Item number
- Your preference for a replacement, refund, or store credit
If you do send photos, keep all packing materials for damaged items just in case we still need them returned. If a return is required, AEWholesale will pay return shipping for damaged items.
To Return an Item: If you've simply changed your mind about an item, or you were not satisfied with it for any reason and would like to return it, log into your account and go to the order details screen of the appropriate order. Click the "Return Item(s)" link on the right, and submit the information the screen. You will receive an email response with return instructions and an RA number. You are responsible for return shipping in this case, and we do not refund the original shipping cost. Items must be RECEIVED within 30 days of receipt of your order.
If an item is returned without any advance notice, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
We do not reimburse for Amazon return labels, even if the item is damaged or defective.
Follow the procedure outlined above for damaged/defective items, and in most cases, a return is not required.
Canceled Orders/Refused Shipments
If you've already submitted your order and then realize you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel the order and keep it from shipping out, however we can't guarantee that will be possible.
If the order does ship out, and you do not want the items, you can refuse the shipment with the carrier. DO NOT open the box(es), and tell the driver you refuse the shipment. The shipping carrier will then return the box(es) to us. If you refuse a shipment, be aware that the shipping charged on the order will not be refunded to you, and you will also be charged a 20% restocking fee for the items. In other words, your refund will equal 80% of the items on the order. This refund will be issued when the shipment is received at our warehouse.
